Slow surfing
Hey guys, I have some problems with surfin the net and playin AAO.
I have high pings in EU servers when I play, about 180, and it's impossible to play like that.
+ I surf very slow in the net, like it takes about 1 min to load out furoms, and for god sake I have 2.5MB and it shouldn't be so slow!!
I talked with ma ISP, 1 for internet and 1 for the connection, we made stupid tests and all, and they said all is fine at them, they said that I download at normal speed (312 KB/s)...
Yea all is great when I download from stupid Israeli servers but what about Europian!? why it takes to load a Youtube video of 1 min fucking 10 mins?!?!
Help!!!??? Anyone? (Kill ma ISP... ya ya... any other options?)

In Israel it's quiet fast 
Israel is 1 of the most downloading country in the world, so the ISPs try to limit our upload speed to try to lower the share in ileagal files...
And btw, I said by their method, wich is, you disconnect from the internet, plug your PC directly to modem, go to their site, and dl and ul without internet connection, by this way, you have nothing else that can interrup the connection, so even if you do have a problem, it will show you and them 100% of the times, that your speed is great....
BULLSHIT!
